The victim was identified as Robert Kvacek, 20, of Solon, Ohio. The driver of the car, Calvin Moore, 45, of Warrensville Heights, Ohio, was listed in stable condition in North Hills Passavant Hospital, suffering from chest injuries. The two were heading east early Saturday when their car went off the turnpike, hit the embankment, and rolled over.
