Beloved wife of the late Robert; loving mother of Ken (Mariann), the late Robert and the late Jane; grandmother of Rob, Kayce, Jaclyn, Julie, John and Jennifer. Mass of Christian Burial 11am Friday, February 25th at Church of the Resurrection, 32001 Cannon Rd., Solon, OH 44139, WHERE FAMILY WILL MEET WITH FRIENDS FROM 10 A.M. UNTIL TIME OF SERVICE. 213 Eleanor Monchek Zupko age 85 of the Parlin section of Sayreville passed away Friday November 23rd 2012 at Princeton Medical Center, with her loving family at her side. Born in Jersey City she had resided in South Amboy before moving to Parlin 53 years ago. Before her retirement in 1991 she was employed as a secretary for the Sayreville Board of Education in the High School where she worked for five years. Prior to that Mrs. Zupko was also employed as a secretary for Charles Komar & Soon in South Amboy and was a sales representative for Avon for 30 years. Eleanor was a communicant of Sacred Heart R. C. Church in South Amboy where she was a member of the Rosary Society and also a member of the Sayreville Senior Citizens Tuesday Club.

She is predeceased by her husband Henry M. Zupko in 1995 her parents Joseph & Pauline Monchek and her brother Larry Monchek. Surviving are her children and their spouses Henry & Maripat Zupko of South Amboy, Keith Zupko of Washington, Kennetth & Maryann Zupko of Sayreville, Cheryl & Allan Golembieski of East Windsor and Karen & John Sukunda of Newtown, Pa.; her grandchildren and their spouses Tricia & Ken Aloisio, H. Matthew & Stephanie Zupko, Lauren & Oscar Casas, Mari Zupko, Brian Zupko, Jesse Zupko, Michael & David Golembieski, and Joseph & Katherine Sukunda; her great grandchildren Scarlett Zupko, Oscar Casas III, and Elizabeth Aloisio, and her brother Joseph Monchek of East Brunswick.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 9am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane Parlin followed by a 9:30am mass at Sacred Heart R. C. Church in South Amboy with burial to follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Parlin.

Frank Camiel DeKeyrel, 60, of Milan died Monday, Feb. 18, 2002, at Trinity Medical Center, West Campus, Rock Island.

Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Milan. Burial is in Beulah Cemetery, Orion. There is no visitation. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home, Milan, is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the family, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to the Quad City Candlelighters.

Frank was born June 13, 1941, near Spring Hill, Ill., on a farm in Whiteside County. He was the youngest son of Camiel and Julia DeCap DeKeyrel. He attended Alleman High School, Rock Island, graduating in 1953. He married Patricia McGee Nov. 15, 1975, in Rock Island. They had three daughters. They enjoyed many wonderful times together, raising their family on the farm.

Frank farmed in the Milan area his entire life. He was a member of the Pork Producers, the Rock Island County Farm Bureau and Communicating for Agriculture.

Frank served in the Army and Army Reserves during the Vietnam War from 1963 to 1969.

He was a longtime member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Milan, having served on many of the parish committees. He had been a devout Catholic all of his life. He was a 4-H member for 11 years, Key Club member and 4-H leader for 15 years, having received many Club of the Year awards. He also served on the Youth Council and Extension Council of Rock Island County for eight years.

Frank served as a township trustee for eight years, township assessor for four years and township supervisor for eight years, all in Rural Township. He was a member of the Quad City Candlelighters, serving as president for two terms. He spent a lot of time and energy helping children with cancer.

He enjoyed spending time with his family on the farm, traveling, reading and collecting and restoring two-cylinder John Deere tractors. Frank also enjoyed attending Cardiac Rehab at Augustana College, where he had many good friends. He enjoyed life, living every day to the fullest.

Survivors include his wife, Pat; daughters, Melanie and Holly, both at home; Melanie's fiance, Steve Muhleman, East Moline; sisters, Mary DeKeyrel and Marge Wickenburg, both of Milan; a brother, Joe DeKeyrel, Apple Valley, Calif.; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Heather; and brothers, Fred and Charlie DeKeyrel.

246 Funeral services for Adolph DeCap, 56, of 440 Thirty-ninth street, Moline, who died Tuesday, were held at 8:30 this morning in VanHoe funeral home, East Moline, and at 9 in St. Mary's Catholic church, Moline. The Rev. Jerome Morrisey officiated.

Pallbearers were Rene Goethals, Bernard Lampo, John Neels, Charles Andries, Jules Lalleman and Leon DeClerck. Burial was in St. Mary's cemetery, East Moline.

247 Funeral services for Eugenie L. ``Jeanne'' DeCapp Strobbe, 84, Dubuque, formerly of Moline and Glen Haven, Wis., are 10 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Silvis. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.

Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Behr's Funeral Home, Dubuque, and 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, where a rosary will be recited at 4:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Dubuque, Dubuque County Right to Life, or the American Cancer Society.

Mrs. Strobbe died Saturday, Sept. 23, 2000, at her home.

She was born July 21, 1916, in Silvis, the daughter of Julius and Augusta (VanWatermeulen) DeCapp. She married Ralph Nicholson in 1935 in East Moline. He died in 1985. She later married Max Cleveland in 1958 in Moline. He died Oct. 16, 1963. She then married Arthur Strobbe Nov. 29, 1973, in Moline. He died Feb. 11, 1992.

During World War II, Jeanne went to work as a machine operator. She also took in ironing and cleaned private homes to raise her three children. When she was 50 years old, she returned to school and earned her Licensed Practical Nurse degree from Moline Lutheran Nursing School. After her graduation she worked at Lutheran Hospital in Moline for 10 years until her retirement.

She was an accomplished needleworker. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting and will be remembered by the family for her dishcloths and doilies. She was also an avid fan of whatever her grandchildren were doing.

Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Dan and Barbara Nicholson, Dubuque, Tom and Julie Nicholson, Virginia Beach, Va., and Gerry and Kathy Nicholson, Davenport; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Cook, Hardin, Ky., and Clara Kilgore, New Concord, Ky.; a brother amd sister-in-law, Dave and Alma DeCapp, Silvis; a sister-in-law, Ann DeCapp, Silvis; and many nieces and nephews. Jeanne is preceded in death by sisters, Mary DeBarre and Jane DeCapp, and a brother, Albert DeCapp.
